a review of at least 100 research and policy documents

map at least 50 inspirational practices

conduct 50 interviews

distributing 300 questionnaires

Conducting 10 DACUM (Develop a Curriculum Methodology) workshops in 10 countries with professionals already working in emerging adults justice sector to identify the new skillset for PICTURES Competency Framework

Identification and update of emerging adults Justice Sectoral Occupational Profiles

Organization of a webinar with participants representing employers in the field of correctional education in Europe in order to validate the findings of the professional profiles that will be supported by the new VET and HE curricula
