2nd Day of Pictures Masterclass in Timișoara, Romania

Today, we successfully concluded the second day of the project Masterclass in Timișoara

The morning sessions focused on the progress achieved within work package 5, highlighting the role of the Operational HUBs in the correctional pedagogy ecosystem and outlining the next phase of implementation. The project partners were introduced to the e-learning platform and explored how HUBs will use it for training delivery, resource sharing, monitoring participation, and data collection and reporting!

In the afternoon, the implementation planning workshop supported us in transforming ideas into concrete action plans, followed by open discussions, reflections, and closing remarks. With this, we concluded two productive days of collaboration, learning, and strategic planning in Timișoara!
