1st Day of Pictures Masterclass in Timișoara, Romania

Today we kicked off the first day of Pictures Masterclass in Timișoara bringing project partners together for an inspiring working session. The morning focused on the conceptual framework and design logic behind micro-credentials, including an introduction to what micro-credentials are (and are not), their lifecycle, and the principles of governance, trust, and scaling, followed by an engaging discussion and Q&A session.

In the afternoon, participants moved into practical application, working through hands-on exercises to define the purpose of a micro-credential, shape competence and learning outcomes, design assessment and evidence strategies, and construct a complete micro-credential. The day will continue with group presentations and a live demonstration of the EDCI Issuer!

A productive first day dedicated to strengthening innovation and inclusive education practices within correctional systems!
